Vice President of Onchain Products

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative onchain payment products, the full-time Vice President of Onchain Products will oversee product strategy, development, and team leadership while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the enterprise as a thought leader on the onchain ecosystem, identifying market trends and opportunities
• Oversee the development and management of onchain products, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance metrics
• Lead and mentor a team of product directors and managers, fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of digital product management experience with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams
• Experience building and scaling onchain products in production environments
• Strong understanding of onchain technology, including protocols, wallets, and smart contracts
• Ability to influence senior leaders and make data-informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
