• Drive enrollment growth initiatives and manage financial performance with full P&L accountability
• Build and optimize operational infrastructure, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the online learning journey

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, higher education leadership, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of executive leadership experience in higher education or online education enterprises
• Demonstrated success in managing full P&L responsibility for a complex division
• Proven record of launching and scaling online programs or new business lines
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in growth-oriented environments
