Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, higher education leadership, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of executive leadership experience in higher education or online education enterprises
• Proven success managing full P&L responsibility for a complex division or business unit
• Experience in launching and scaling online programs or new business lines
• Strong knowledge of enrollment management strategy and online education market dynamics
