Vice President of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the operations organization, optimizing processes for quality, speed, and cost
• Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing operational excellence team to drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational change

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an operational excellence function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years managing an operations PMO responsible for large programs
• Experience in designing and scaling complex operational processes
• Deep fluency with data and analytics for decision-making
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar operations tools is a plus
