Vice President of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Vice President of Operational Excellence leads the Care Teams Operational Excellence function in a full-time, salaried position, responsible for designing and executing a cohesive operating model across various Care Team verticals to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the AI forward Care Teams Management System for integrated operations
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Care Teams Operational Excellence
• Lead horizontal operating teams to deliver insights and support for Care Teams goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or health tech
• 10+ years of performance improvement experience with a focus on operational models
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role at the Director level or higher
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and building integrated systems
