Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operational Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of the product to the customer
• Guarantee the operational integrity of SLAs and system reliability commitments
• Serve as the operational shield for the Engineering organization, removing overhead to allow focus on software development

Required Qualifications

• Deep, proven product and engineering operational leadership experience in SaaS environments
• Strong expertise in managing SLAs, reliability metrics, and compliance reporting
• Strong business judgment and systems thinking
• Relentless bias toward clarity and extreme ownership
• Experience with AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
