Job Summary

Vice President of Operational Integrity is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing product delivery, operational integrity, and compliance within engineering operations, ensuring that customer commitments are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of commitments
• Guarantee compliance with SLAs and reliability metrics while managing vendor and customer contractual obligations
• Serve as an operational shield for engineering teams, minimizing overhead and driving cross-functional execution

• Proven experience in product and engineering operational leadership within SaaS organizations
• Expertise in managing SLAs, reliability metrics, and compliance reporting
