Vice President of Operational Integrity

Job Summary

To ensure seamless product delivery and operational integrity, the full-time Vice President of Operational Integrity will manage engineering operations, oversee compliance reporting, and eliminate operational overhead for engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of the product to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of commitments
• Guarantee compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations while building automated reporting structures for real-time adherence tracking
• Operationalize compliance frameworks and manage security vulnerability tracking to ensure engineering teams meet remediation SLAs

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in product and engineering operations within fast-paced SaaS environments
• Expertise in managing SLAs, reliability metrics, and compliance reporting
• Strong business judgment with the ability to navigate between technical and customer-facing teams
• Demonstrated focus on operational excellence and shielding engineering teams from non-technical overhead
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
