• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience managing business forecasting and budget performance
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in revenue or customer retention
