Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and the founding team to establish operational excellence and build a high-performing operations team
• Lead Customer Support, Claims, Agency Operations, and Legal & Compliance areas
• Develop SOPs and processes to scale existing insurance programs and support new product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as an Operations leader in the startup technology space
• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of operations and regulations
• Proven track record of leveraging consumer insights and analytics
• Experience working in a startup environment with senior leadership
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex operational concepts
