  • Establish, track, and report on key operational metrics to drive accountability and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably with 3+ years in the insurance industry
  • Experience working within an MGA or Brokerage space
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience and willingness to learn AI tooling to optimize operational processes
