Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of financial reports
• Oversee service delivery optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Manage contract lifecycle and compliance, mitigating risks associated with client and vendor agreements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations Management required; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale operational strategies
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and experience with enterprise systems
