Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Project Management & Operations to lead and enhance its operational and delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement operational strategies to support growth and enhance organizational performance
• Oversee financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and project-level financial health
• Lead the evolution of project management methodologies and ensure consistency across project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in operations, delivery, and project management within advertising, marketing, or professional services
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, including multi-channel programs
• Proven leadership in managing project management and operations at a departmental or agency-wide level
• Experience in implementing operational and financial frameworks that enhance profitability and efficiency
• Familiarity with project management and resourcing platforms such as Wrike, Asana, or Workfront
