Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations responsible for driving operational excellence and overseeing pharmacy operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent production and service quality across pharmacy sites
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy teams while managing staffing models and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement operational standards and improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience, including 3 years in upper management roles
  • Experience leading multi-site teams with measurable performance improvements
  • Deep understanding of cycle-fill pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to create and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
