Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations responsible for driving operational excellence and overseeing pharmacy operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent production and service quality across pharmacy sites
- Lead and mentor pharmacy teams while managing staffing models and performance management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement operational standards and improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
- At least 10 years of industry-related experience, including 3 years in upper management roles
- Experience leading multi-site teams with measurable performance improvements
- Deep understanding of cycle-fill pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to create and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
