Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Regional Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and direct regional operational initiatives to maintain efficiency and service excellence
• Develop short and long-term strategies to enhance operational efficiencies across regions
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to senior operational teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in healthcare operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing virtual teams
• Prior financial and budgetary responsibility with P&L management
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry operations and regulatory environments
