Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing large teams
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
• Preferred experience in flooring or residential home-services industries
