Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service delivery operations across helpdesk, security operations, and engineering
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and performance standards
• Oversee service delivery performance and improve visibility into team performance with clear KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within an MSP or IT services firm
• Proven track record of engaging with customer executives on operational strategy
• Expert understanding of managed services, helpdesk operations, and project delivery
• Experience managing service delivery metrics, SLAs, and client satisfaction
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity services
