Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Ops, Planning & Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating model, driving process change and governance
• Lead the annual planning process and design the operating rhythm for leadership syncs and reporting
• Build performance reporting on key metrics and champion continuous improvement across the management system

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in finance, business operations, strategic planning, or performance management; 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven experience leading OKR/MBO frameworks in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Strong financial acumen with experience in annual planning and budgeting
• Experience in utility, infrastructure, or damage prevention sectors strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
