Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

Vice President of Operations, a full-time contractor role focused on driving operational excellence in supply chain, inventory planning, and logistics while collaborating with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute operational strategy across global supply chain, logistics, and distribution
• Lead day-to-day operations including inventory planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment
• Drive improvements in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and manage relationships with partners

Required Qualifications

• 8 - 12+ years of experience in operations within CPG, DTC, or similar industries
• Currently operating at a Director or Senior Director level, ready for VP-level responsibilities
• Strong experience in supply chain, inventory planning, and multi-channel distribution
• Experience running or supporting S&OP processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred
