Job Summary

Vice President of Operations is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing the operational strategy and execution of North America operations, managing a team of over 50 professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery for time-critical shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational performance and ensure client expectations are met for time-critical shipments
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in critical logistics or specialty transportation operations
• Proven success in managing large, multi-functional operations teams
• Familiarity with operational and regulatory requirements in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace sectors
• Experience in building and scaling operational processes in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Public Policy, or related field preferred
