Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Drive financial performance and manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Lead an Operations Team, providing mentorship and support for performance and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a relevant field strongly preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in physician practice management or healthcare management
• 5+ years of healthcare experience
• Previous experience leading a team required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Electronic Health Record systems
