Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a results-oriented Vice President of Operations, the full-time leader will manage Underwriting, Processing, and Closing functions, driving operational performance and company growth by developing high-performing teams and scalable processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Underwriting, Processing, and Closing functions to achieve revenue and operational excellence goals
• Manage and develop a team of production leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capacity and team effectiveness while monitoring key metrics

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in real estate, mortgage, fintech, or financial services
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing production teams in hybrid and remote settings
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce reporting, including dashboard creation
• Track record of driving operational performance through process improvement and capacity planning
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to implement data-driven solutions to operational challenges
