Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in Clinical Intelligence, the full-time Vice President of Operations will manage day-to-day execution, establish operating rhythms, and ensure cross-functional integration in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operating rhythm and lead execution reviews, ensuring priorities are defined and delivered on time
• Standardize delivery operations and processes across various products while identifying and eliminating operational inefficiencies
• Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to align commitments with operational realities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational leadership within a clinical or healthcare technology environment
• Deep understanding of clinical intelligence and related technologies
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving accountability
• Experience in financial and performance management, including KPI tracking
• Ability to lead and develop talent within an operations-focused team
