Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the operational function remotely, the full-time salaried Vice President of Operations will manage inventory strategy, supply chain logistics, and fulfillment across Retail, DTC, and Amazon while driving operational excellence and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the operational function, including inventory strategy, supply planning, and logistics management
• Develop and execute a scalable operations strategy to support growth and efficiency
• Oversee vendor and partner management, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling teams
• Deep experience in CPG operations, including demand planning and forecasting
• Strong expertise in 3PL management and operational process design
