Job Summary

As the operational catalyst and strategic navigator, the full-time remote Vice President of Operations will lead the delivery organization, ensuring project execution quality, developing internal processes, and driving strategic execution to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery organization, ensuring project execution quality, resource allocation, and margin management
• Lead the company's planning and execution system, translating strategic direction into actionable plans and holding leaders accountable
• Develop and scale internal processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and support growth

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of operations and leadership experience, including senior leadership roles reporting to a COO or CEO
• Experience in a web development agency or consulting firm with a focus on project-based work
• Direct experience leading complex website and web application projects with client interactions
• Proven success in building and managing internal operations that support profitable growth
• Experience managing a multi-team organization with accountability for managing managers
