Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

To drive organizational culture and operational excellence, the full-time remote Vice President of Strategy, Talent & Operations will oversee finance, human resources, technology, and knowledge management while managing a team and collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and project management practices to ensure timely delivery across teams
• Oversee financial management functions, including budgeting, reporting, and enterprise risk management
• Execute staff engagement initiatives and develop equitable hiring processes to foster a healthy organizational culture

Required Qualifications

• Commitment to the mission of supporting family child care educators and their communities
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-10 years of experience in Operations and/or Finance in a remote-first or nonprofit organization
• Demonstrated experience in team management and creating organizational systems
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
