Vice President of Operations
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and highly analytical Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain, the full-time remote leader will manage end-to-end operations, including supply and demand planning, logistics, and inventory management, while driving the operational strategy to support the company's growth in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Operations organization, establishing KPIs and performance management across various operational areas
- Oversee global supply chain operations, managing logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and develop strong vendor relationships to improve quality and reduce supply chain risk
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in consumer products or high-growth omnichannel businesses
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing inventory investments and operational budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
