Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

To support strategic alignment and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Vice President of Operations will manage the company's operating system, ensuring cohesive execution across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Run the company's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings and business reviews, while translating strategy into actionable priorities and milestones
• Build and manage a disciplined intake and prioritization process for cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Finance and HR on resource allocation and organizational design
• Own the company OKR process, maintaining performance scorecards and driving critical cross-functional programs to ensure alignment and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations or strategy roles, with experience in high-growth technology companies
• Proven track record of establishing operating cadences, planning, and execution systems
• Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation within a technology business
• Experience in evaluating and improving business systems and tools across functions
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities effectively
