Vice President of Operations Excellence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Operations Excellence and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Oversee the Project Management Office and implementation of operational excellence initiatives
• Analyze operational data and optimize processes using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required
• Six Sigma certification and deep operational experience preferred
• Previous experience managing staff, including hiring and performance management, required
• Large-scale experience within regulated environments preferred
