Vice President of Partner Programs

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary leader, the full-time Vice President of Partner Programs will design and operationalize critical partner programs to establish a strong presence within the Managed Service Provider ecosystem, focusing on ecosystem creation, program architecture, and organizational leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and launch a dedicated MSP Specialization within the Calix Partner Program
• Create scalable engagement models to support broad MSP adoption and long-term growth
• Develop and manage the MSP Ecosystem Partner Program, defining partner categories and operational processes

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in building MSP-focused partnerships and programs in North America
• Demonstrated track record of creating new ecosystems and scalable partner strategies
• Experience leading high-performing organizations through transformation and growth
• Strong understanding of program development, governance, and performance metrics
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations
