Vice President of Partner Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Partner Success and Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with health plan partners to exceed expectations and drive business growth
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for health plan partners, ensuring contract obligations are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop reports and presentations that demonstrate program value and address partner needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; MHA or MBA preferred
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare and managed care administration
• Experience with population health programs and managing complex relationships with senior-level health plan representatives
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with contract administration
• 12+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility
