Vice President of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for partnerships, aligning with enterprise growth objectives
• Build and lead the partnerships team, managing the Director of Consulting Partners and hiring additional team members
• Own the Technology Partner program, including recruiting partners and driving co-sell and co-marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, or business development in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience in building and scaling partner programs across technology and consulting partners
• Track record of generating partner-sourced revenue and driving measurable pipeline impact
• Experience in people management and developing high-performing partnership teams
• Familiarity with technology partnership mechanics and enterprise software go-to-market strategies
