Vice President of Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading a strategic portfolio of partnerships, the full-time Vice President of Partnerships will drive AI-powered transformation and co-innovation across multiple organizations, focusing on revenue growth and ecosystem collaboration in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate revenue and pipeline targets through collaboration on key deals across the partner portfolio
• Embed AI into partnership strategies, replacing manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions
• Design and execute multi-dimensional partnership models that foster integrated collaboration among ServiceNow and its ecosystem partners

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading strategic partnerships with large Global System Integrators or in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of driving transformation and business model change within complex organizations
• Experience in designing and executing multi-directional partnership models involving various ecosystem players
• Demonstrated ability to align and mobilize senior leaders across multiple organizations
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar joint business plans
