Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and vetting process for collective action initiatives with member organizations
• Design collaborations into actionable initiatives, including program design and recruitment of member organizations
• Secure funding for initiatives and manage their launch and ongoing management to meet intended outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in postsecondary success and/or workforce development organizations
• Deep knowledge of the field, funders, and policy landscape relevant to postsecondary and workforce issues
• Experience in program design, continuous improvement, and program evaluation
• Established network of partners and funders, with experience in fundraising
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders and lead collective action initiatives
