Vice President of Patient Engagement

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical trial network, the full-time remote Vice President of Patient Engagement will own and scale the patient engagement and recruitment function, focusing on developing strategies, improving enrollment performance, and enhancing the patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the patient engagement and recruitment strategy across various sites and studies
• Lead recruitment performance metrics and establish KPIs to enhance visibility and effectiveness
• Develop and coach a high-performing patient recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered
• Meaningful experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, or closely related environments
• Practical understanding of the clinical trial recruitment process, including outreach and enrollment
• Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams
• Working knowledge of clinical research compliance considerations and ethical patient engagement
