Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Patient Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Regional RCM Directors to ensure operational efficiency and policy compliance
• Establish accountability frameworks for PFS results and prepare scorecard reporting
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance collection capabilities and identify revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in business, finance, or health administration preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue cycle management across multiple markets
• Experience with revenue cycle automation technologies and vendor management
• Proven ability to lead and manage multi-market, remote work teams
• Experience with Medical Practice Management Software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software
