Job Summary

Vice President of Payer Contracting leads the strategy, negotiation, and execution of commercial value-based care contracts with health plans, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Commercial segment to ensure performance goals are met and lead evaluations and negotiations for health plan partnerships
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership to shape value-based contracting strategies and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead and evaluate a team of senior leaders, fostering a productive environment aligned with company values
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 15+ years of experience with health plans or payer contracting in value-based care, including 7+ years in management
  • Deep knowledge of commercially insured populations
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record in business development
  • Passionate about transitioning from fee-for-service to value-based care
