Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Payer Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payer sales function, develop strategies, set goals, and lead the team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target health plans and ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Drive the execution of the payer strategy, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the growth of the business

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development or sales, specifically in the behavioral health space
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and coaching teams to meet goals
  • Deep understanding of payer needs, decision-making processes, and contracting structures
  • Strong network of leaders and decision-makers in the payer community
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S., sponsorship not available
