Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Payer Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payer sales function, develop strategies, set goals, and lead the team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target health plans and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Drive the execution of the payer strategy, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the growth of the business
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development or sales, specifically in the behavioral health space
- Proven track record of successfully managing and coaching teams to meet goals
- Deep understanding of payer needs, decision-making processes, and contracting structures
- Strong network of leaders and decision-makers in the payer community
