Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end deal development, including financial modeling, due diligence, and contract negotiation
  • Monitor market dynamics and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between growth strategy and execution
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare growth, strategy, or business development roles
  • Deep understanding of alternative payment models and experience negotiating complex deals
  • Strong network within the payer and provider ecosystem
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and strategic thinking abilities
