Job Summary

Driving growth across the health plan market, the full-time remote Vice President of Payer Sales will manage the payer sales organization, develop executive relationships, and lead a high-performing team while executing strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and exceed annual bookings, ARR, and pipeline targets across the payer segment
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with regional and national health plan leaders
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Directors
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience selling to health plans
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding enterprise SaaS bookings and revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of the payer market, value-based care, and healthcare economics
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably with technology and consulting services
  • Data-driven leader with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
