Job Summary
Driving growth across the health plan market, the full-time remote Vice President of Payer Sales will manage the payer sales organization, develop executive relationships, and lead a high-performing team while executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and exceed annual bookings, ARR, and pipeline targets across the payer segment
- Build and maintain executive relationships with regional and national health plan leaders
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Directors
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience selling to health plans
- Demonstrated success in exceeding enterprise SaaS bookings and revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the payer market, value-based care, and healthcare economics
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably with technology and consulting services
- Data-driven leader with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
