Vice President of Payer Strategy

Job Summary

Driving enterprise payer and partnership strategies, the full-time Vice President of Payer Strategy will develop value propositions and strategic relationships to enhance growth and innovation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise payer strategies aligned with organizational growth priorities and market expansion goals
• Identify and expand strategic partnerships with managed care organizations and related healthcare partners
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment and execution across diverse stakeholder groups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in payer strategy, managed care, or healthcare partnerships
• Deep understanding of managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and related government payer ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed healthcare environments
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
