Vice President of Payment Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Payment Innovation & Value-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national VBC and payment innovation strategy aligned to enterprise growth and network strategy
• Lead the development and standardization of enterprise payment models, including shared savings and bundled arrangements
• Own enterprise VBC portfolio performance, including financial impact and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare payment innovation or managed care strategy
• 7+ years of experience leading large scale VBC programs across Medicaid, Medicare, and/or commercial markets
• Strong financial literacy, including understanding of actuarial and risk arrangements
• Experience negotiating with C-suite provider leadership and managing large-scale VBC initiatives
