Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global payment operations including onboarding, disputes, reconciliation, and payouts
• Manage and expand strategic partnerships with payment service providers, banks, and fintech companies
• Build and lead a high-performing global team, establishing KPIs and a culture of operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or SaaS, with senior leadership in payment operations
• Proven track record of scaling global payment operations
• Experience driving automation and transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems and managing strategic partnerships
• Financial acumen with experience managing large-scale payment flows and reconciliation
