Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Payments, Ecosystem and Marketplace Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute ecosystem and product partnership strategy, identifying innovation opportunities in the Fintech sector
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and structuring of complex agreements with financial institutions and strategic partners to drive revenue growth
• Shape joint product strategies and oversee integration efforts to enhance product offerings and address industry challenges

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of banking, payments, and fintech marketplaces, including regulatory compliance
• Proven track record in closing complex, multi-party deals and driving product execution
• Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating with C-suite partners
• Builder mindset, comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
