Key Responsibilities

• Create, oversee, and manage systems, processes, and team for payment clearing and settlement
• Direct the development of internal systems to support the settlement process
• Recruit and build a global settlement operations team for managing settlement transactions in local currency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in payments settlement
• Proven senior leadership experience in building global teams
• Experience working with major card brands and sponsor banks
