A company is looking for a Vice President of Payor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payor contracting and negotiations
• Expand network participation and credentialing
• Cultivate strategic relationships and ensure reimbursement compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in payor contracting, provider relations, or reimbursement strategy in healthcare (DME/CRT preferred)
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to communicate value and close high-impact deals
• Experience leading negotiations with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors
• Familiarity with value-based care models and provider enrollment
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or JD preferred
