Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of payroll and financial operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Manage payroll funds, ensuring compliance with tax filings and maintaining internal controls
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering strategic partnerships with clients and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in payroll and financial operations within a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to build and scale operations teams and compliance programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Preferred MBA, CPA, CPP, or equivalent professional certification
