Job Summary
As the strategic business owner of payroll strategies and processes, the full-time salaried Vice President of Payroll Services will manage partnerships with service providers, oversee payroll systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective payroll and labor scheduling services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership in payroll and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives
- Oversee the development and enhancement of payroll processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Lead a team of experts, managing relationships with service providers and ensuring the delivery of accurate payroll services
Required qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in Finance, Human Resources, or related discipline required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with significant management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of payroll, labor scheduling, and accounting principles
- Demonstrated ability to formulate creative solutions for complex business issues
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional relationships effectively
