Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth
  • Transform HR processes into auditable scalable systems with defined KPIs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to source and screen exceptional new hires


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in healthcare and mission-driven organizations is a plus
