Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of People.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth
- Transform HR processes into auditable scalable systems with defined KPIs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to source and screen exceptional new hires
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on approach
- Experience in healthcare and mission-driven organizations is a plus
