Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People.

Key Responsibilities

Develop infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth
Transform HR processes into auditable scalable systems with defined KPIs
Collaborate with hiring managers to source and screen exceptional new hires

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment
Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on approach
Experience in healthcare and mission-driven organizations is a plus
