Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, influencing decision-making with data-driven insights
- Oversee the People leadership team, optimizing processes in Recruiting, People Operations, and Talent Development
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI into People practices and ensure a high-performance, inclusive culture
Required Qualifications
- 12-15 years of progressive People leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS company
- Proven experience in leading People Operations and Recruiting functions globally
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance in multiple jurisdictions
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives that drive measurable business results
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-growth environments with a focus on continuous improvement
