A company is looking for a Vice President/Head of People to support its growth and enhance its People function.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, influencing decision-making with data-driven insights
• Oversee the People leadership team, optimizing processes in Recruiting, People Operations, and Talent Development
• Lead initiatives to integrate AI into People practices and ensure a high-performance, inclusive culture

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive People leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS company
• Proven experience in leading People Operations and Recruiting functions globally
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience in implementing HR initiatives that drive measurable business results
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-growth environments with a focus on continuous improvement
